A New Leaf ' Filminin Konusu : Henry Graham, tam bir playboy hayatı yaşayan biridir. Günlerini gezip eğlenerek, birbirinden güzel kızlarla sohbet edip bolca para harcayarak geçirir. Çevresindeki insanların da imrendiği bir hayat yaşayan Henry, avukatının yaptığı açıklama ile sarsılır. Avukatı ona tüm parasının tükendiğini söyler. Artık parasız kalan ve ne yapacağını bilmeyen Henry'nin hayatının düşüşe geçmesini engellemek için bir fikre ihtiyacı vardır. İçinde bulunduğu durumdan kurtulmak için zengin bir kadınla evlenmeyi ve sonrasında da onu öldürmeyi planlar.
