twist ending sahibi nadir şarkılardandır, tom jones'un o güzel sesiyle dinleyeni alır götürür, özlemini duyduğu ve eksikliğini hissettiği memleketinin havasını şöyle bir solumasını sağlayıp aldığı yere geri bırakır -aslında finaliyle serbest düşme hareketi yaptırır- tüyleri havada bir şekilde. hareketli olmasa da görece eğlenceli gibi görünen damar şarkılara örnektir. evin yeşil çimenliğini, çocukluk yıllarını, ilk aşkı yad ettirir, masumiyetin kaybından dem vurur bir anlamda. zira çocukken tırmanıp üstünde envai çeşit oyun oynadığınız meşe ağacı yerli yerindedir, ancak siz büyümüş, kocaman adam olmuşsunuzdur da, bir de ölümü de tecrübe etmiş olup bu ağacın yamacında toprağa veriliyorsunuzdur. yine de düşününce, bundan daha güzel bir son durak olabilir mi?

negzel adam memlekete donuyo falan diye gaza gelip sonunda ruyaymis diye got oldugunuz bir sarkidir. ancak olsundur. hayat zaten %50 got olmaktan ibarettir. eglenceli taraflari yakalamak lazimdir.
